### Free Inspection & Repair Quote Is your SYNC 3 not working? Did an update fail, or is the system simply no longer functioning properly? **No problem!** Approximately 90% of defective SYNC 3 units can be restored without the need for an expensive replacement. Simply send us your defective SYNC 3 system (APIM) for inspection. **The inspection and repair quote are completely free of charge.** After inspecting the unit, we will provide you with a quote for the required repair. **Basic Recovery – €119.00 incl. VAT** If your SYNC 3 can be restored using a basic software recovery procedure with minimal effort, the repair price is **€119.00**. **Advanced Recovery – €359.00 incl. VAT** If a more extensive or advanced software recovery procedure is required, the repair price is **€359.00**. **You decide after the inspection.** Once you receive our quote, you are free to decide whether you would like us to carry out the repair. If you decline the repair, there are **no inspection or quotation fees**. You will only be charged for the cost of returning the device to you. **Important Shipping Information:** The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, both for sending the device to us and for the return shipment. This applies regardless of whether the offered repair is accepted or declined.
